1. Welcome to Passionato Books. We endeavor to provide you with exceptional handmade books, whether traditional or the unique artist books. We look forward to a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

2. Passionato Books accepts Paypal and all major credit cards.

3. USPS first class or priority mail comes with any purchase. We will strive to get purchases in the mail in 1 or 2 business days. Passionato Books can gladly expedite shipping at the customers request and charge accordingly.

4. Passionato Books will pack all items securely and in perfect condition when shipped. We will insure packages, but hopefully nothing will arrive damaged. If an item gets damaged in transit, we will refund your money or send you another item.

5. If you are unhappy with a purchased item, you can return it within 15 days in the same condition you received it in, and your money will be refunded (minus the shipping cost) as soon as Passionato Books receive the product back.
