Paper Jam is a month-long show and series of events at the Great Falls Discovery Center in Turners Falls, MA inspired by paper and the local paper-making industry. These events represent a partnership between the arts performance group Exploded View, The Great Falls Discovery Center and Montague's cultural development initiative. I will have my Korean Joomchi piece on display. The opening reception is on the 9the from 2-4pm.
The 10th annual exhibition of illustrated accordion books will be held at the Kalamazoo Book Arts Center. I have one artist book called "Inspiration in Santa Fe" that will be on exhibit.
"Celebrate!" is the third in a series of satellite art exhibits Orchestrated by Abecedarian Gallery. It will be on view at libraries and Universities in Denver, CO. This juried exhibition is International in scope and will celebrate aspects of food, dance and music. My accepted submission is an altered book called "Music in Words". I am thrilled to be accepted and to share my artist book in the exhibition.
The broad theme of "UNBOUND VOL. VI" encompasses all of the possibilities of what we may think or may not think a "book" is. Is it story? An entry to another world? An exploration? What does it indicate? This juried show looks to explore this idea of "the book" and all the ways artists use that format as a stepping-off point or as material to explore new ideas.

The curated exhibition features a wide variety of music inspired art by seventeen Unbound Visual Arts member artists.
