This hand-sewn journal has covers with paper that reflects beautiful art from nature. The drawings are originally from the German biologist, Ernst Haeckel (1834-1919). The depictions of flora and fauna are printed in orange, beige and blue on a black background. The book is also sewn in orange linen thread. This sewing stitch allows the book to open completely flat for easy use. Inside endpapers are orange paper. 112 blank pages of Strathmore drawing paper can be used for journaling or drawing.
