This hand-sewn journal has cover paper that I bought in Japan. The paper has Japanese writing on it. The book is sewn in the coptic stitch with black linen thread which enables the book to open completely flat. The inside covers are covered with green paper. The 112 unlined text pages are a cream colored paper that I purchased in Japan. SIZE is 5.5" x 8.5"
